Is the Samsung M9T the best 2TB 2.5" Hard Drive available?

I need a good 2TB hard drive to use for gaming on a PC that already as a SSD for booting windows etc. It as to be both 2.5", 2TB and budget won't stretch to a big SSD. I can't fit anything more than 1 x 2.5" drive in the case either.

So with all this in mind is the Samsung M9T 2TB 2.5" 5400rpm drive the best available and if so would I notice the performance difference e.g. playing BF4 on a Seagate 3TB 7200rpm 3.5" Hard Drive?

You will definitely notice things loading slower using the Samsung M9T 2TB 2.5" 5400rpm drive compared to something like the Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200RPM drive.
BF4 loading times will increase. Generally everything will load slower.
Can you not add another 256 - 512GB SSD for games/programs and add a faster 1TB/2TB external usb 3.0 3.5" drive for storage needs.
