Is the Samsung Z500 any good?

Well all the reviews I've read say it's very "solid" but they don't state whether it's a visually appealing phone.

I think it looks big and ugly TBH. Its just another poor motorola phone thats jumped on the V3's sucsess.

Please don't tell me you're a w900i fan, because THAT is the biggest mofo I've even seen! (Nice design though)

Spam.

I've read loads of reviews, and people are saying the V3x is notoriously bad in terms of bugs. However, I won't really be using my phone's "geek" functions:D Just the usual photos, texts, phonecalls etc. Also, I have no problem with charging it every night. With that in mind, I'm going to go for it when the Vodafone bloke rings me tonight. I suppose if it's rubbish I can send it back. Vodafone are quite flexible in that respect.

I've ordered the V3x. After a lot of thinking, I realised that buying the W900i wasn't a wise option. Mainly because I've got an iPod, but also I don't really like its design, which is identical to my S700's design. (I hated that phone)

As long as I'm happy with the look of the V3x, I'll keep it. Also got a damn good deal on it.

Also, the V3x may be a bulky phone, but it's NOT when it's just in your pocket. It only becomes bulky once you actually open it up.

What deal you get in the end?

Edit-

Added reply to the ipod thread hope we can get some sort of deal going.
