Is the temp of my CPU alright?

Just a bit curious as to whether or not the temps of my cpu are acceptable, I'm not that good when it comes to temps so here goes;

Is it adequate if all four of my cores (i5-2500) are running at 35-40c whilst I'm just genereally browsing the internet and running applications such as Skype chatting to people etc
Also, I am using the stock Intel fan cooler

sound about right. The Intel's limit is usually 80c.
