Is there a Android version of iTunes?

If I just drag and drop my tunes on my HTC Desire HD then I will have to manually make a Audio List, is there an Android Version of the Itunes where most of the job is done?

I only need it for organising my Audio and Video files, not into downloading as I have my own stuff.
