Concur here too which works well.

Annoyingly though, whilst I pay for everything expense wise on my company credit card, I have to pay the balance with my own debit card and claim it back. I was a day late paying last month simply due to the way the dates fell and was footed with a late fee which I had to cover.

What? That's horrendous! Why bother giving you a company card if they're not going to pay it for you :confused:

Why use the company credit card at all?

Get yourself a reward card and get yourself some airmiles or clubcard points or whatever. And set up a direct debit to pay it.

If you received a late fee because they were late paying your expenses I would have thought that you were entitled to claim the late fee. If this is the case and they tell you to do one, I'd go work somewhere else.

I think the company get a kick back of some kind. Yep I need to set up a DD really.

I'm responsible for paying it which I do at the start of every month. With the way it fell the other month I was a day late though so incurred a charge. I raised it with HR etc. and had to foot the bill. Not impressed.
