Is there a program tht can check how loud all my fans are going at??

Update: Well I have decided to get two of the fans as replacement as they are loud and im replacing them with inaudible ones. Just wondering if I can turn the Fan speed of the GPU down in afterburner as thats making the most noise.
 
Well I've bought and fitted the Noctua 80mm fan as exhaust and Akasa yellow venom 120mm as front fan and what a difference they both make. 1300RPM between both fans.

I can hear tht my GPU is making the most noise. with that taken out. it was literally inaudible. I used afterburner and the fan speed was set at 50% which was so loud. I narrowed it down to 32%. would that be fine when playing games at full load??

cheers. cant stand the noise with the card.
