Is there a quick way to wipe the Wii?

I have just sold my Wii and was wondering if there is a quick way to get rid of Mii's and saved game data?

There's a format option in the Wii menu somewhere. Take a look around.

Wii menu - system. You then need to delete your account, shame it deletes all your downloaded VC games aswell though.
