Is there a USB 3.5" Caddy System?

Hi,

I am after a USB caddy system to use for backup to USB hard disk.

I already have the 3.5" disks so empty enclosures are fine.

OcUK stock an IcyBox system (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-031-BT) which would be perfect but the dock part connects through SATA (afaik?).

A desktop "toaster" would be equally suitable but I don't want one that takes bare drives, the drives will be put in my bag so need to be in some sort of enclosure.

I'm now looking into using the IcyBox system mentioned in my above post but installing a PCIe SATA card with Hotswap capability.

plus use these or similiar

is far more flexible and cost effective

I did consider this system but was worried about bare drives being regularly handled by non-IT folk. The PCBs are exposed on the disks I already have.

I thought it was more for your own personal use..... ie between a home office and external site(s)
