Is there a USB lead to connect to this old hard drive?

I would like to see if there is anything on this hard drive. It is rather old and cannot seem to find what the connection is and if there is a way of connecting it to my current new aged PC.

Have you got a picture with the drive model number etc - can't make out what the interface is meant to be from those photos

Is that an IDE drive with an adaptor on it..? Looks like it might pull off, then it's just laptop IDE to USB

It's a standard 44pin IDE 2.5" drive - as others have said, that looks to be a laptop specific adapter that can be removed.

Googling mhm2100at it's a 10gb IDE drive. Just bin it, it's not worth the hassle!

Just so you know, it still has an outer casing (likely held on by 4 screws in the side of it) NOT the 6 screws we can see in the last pic.
