...to sort emails so all the 'unread' ones come to the top?

I have a helluva lot of unread spam type emails scattered throughout my inbox that i want to delete quicker than by doing them one by one.

Wow...I must look stupid :D

I was looking everywhere for 'sort by UNread' so must've just glossed over that.

What a n00b!

At the top of the list of emails there is a few headings - Subject, Sender, Date, etc. The glasses are read/unread Click any of them to sort by that column. Click it again to sort in the opposite order. On the very right of the bar, just above the scroll bar, is a button you can click to select what columns are visible if it's not visible currently.

Hold on, why have the dons moved this to "Windows and Other Software"? Shouldn't it be "Linux and Open Source"? as Thunderbird is OS under the Mozilla license?

Because I asked a don to move it to Windows. We are talking about the Windows version of Thunderbird so I asked for it to be moved here. And why is Thunderbird now "OS under the Mozilla license"? OS? It isn't an OS, its a program. And the Windows version hence in here it goes. :)

He means OS as in open source.
