is there a way to change the language of windows xp?

a friend of mine recenly moved to finland and bought a pc with xp installed

problem is that a lot of things are in finnish including control pannel and windows update, is there a easy way to change everything to english?

thanks for the replies, it doesnt actually have a disk as it was bought 2nd hand just for web surfing :/

do you think a downloaded copy of the disk would work as its all activated? or would this require it to be activated again after with a new key

Either re-install or install the multi-langauge pack for English...
