is there a way to reset usb devices? (drives and hubs)

After disconnecting and reconnecting devices I seem to be having some conflicts with my storage drives. they either show errors or intermittently connect/disconnect.

I think I've plugged everything back to the port they were in originally but I can't be sure and either way, I'm having issues with them.

is there a way to reset all plug and play devices? or do I have to manually uninstall them from the device manager?

You could download DevManView and write your own batch file to uninstall devices.
