Is there any difference between these two laptops?

My friend is about to buy a laptop - as an all round multimedia machine (no gaming) - and is looking at these two HP models.

dv3-2130ea (VB369EA)

The 13" screen, HDMI output, RAM and overall package are the main selling points.

The 2120 is available for £50 cheaper than the 2130 at a store that does a free 2 year warranty, but they do not stock the 2130.

Is the difference in spec worth sacrificing for this attractive warranty upgrade? Aside from a smaller hard drive (no bad thing) is the processor difference at all discernable?

Otherwise any other suggestions - bearing in mind he wants a neat, all-in-one multimedia package that looks attractive - would be appreciated.

Thanks very much!

They do look excellent, you're right - but I called him up and he has already ordered the slightly lower spec HP model from John Lewis.

Considering he isn't going to use it for gaming, I think this is a wise choice. He would never notice the difference between the two processors - but a free 2 year warranty is definitely attractive.
