Is there anyone else with problems 5870 vapor x

mine are fine, does it only happen in perticular games or smth? ive only been playin 3 games (crysis,dirt2,RTCW:enemy territory)
i was getting BSOD to start with on heavan but that was down to a poorly ventilated case (FD r2 with 1 in 1 out stock fans) and 1300mhz ram speed, ram back @ 1250 and an extra case fan never crashed since

well i can take mine back but dont really want to...so just in conversation with sapphire to see if they can help me first.
 
I'm running my HD 5870 Vapor-X (non-OC version) with no problems at 875/1250 (defaults are 850/1200).

I did have *one* grey screen hard lock while playing DiRT 2 the day I got the card two weeks ago but that was with an overclock of 900/1300 which I suspect was too much for the card even though the CCC's Overdrive passed it. I've since dropped the speeds slightly to those mentioned in the first paragraph and the card has been working fine. I've certainly not any BSODs or anything like that.
