Is there anyway to reduce the noise on this system?

I've changed bits over and over to get the volume down but still bit too loud for late night web surfing like now :)

Just got a new PSU and cooler today and I don't really want to go down the water cooling route at the moment (but looks like I may have to) so this is what's in the rig.

Q9550 stock
Scythe OROCHI without a fan (temp is about 45c idle 69c full load)
GTX280
LG blu-ray writer
Pioneer 112d
4x 120mm fans 3x yate-loon @ 1000rpm 1x Nexus @ 800rpm
Zalman zm850-hp
TJ09

Only listed the stuff that makes noise. I think I've got rid of most of the noise now maybe some better fans but the GTX280 is just loud fan is at 40% idle on desktop and I dont think the case is very good as a quite case.

So if anyones got any tips to reduce the noise or something I should think about changing please let me know, one thing I thought about was a aftermarket fan for the GTX but cant find any?

putting in a fan controller to reduce the speed of case fans
new, quieter case fans

car audio sound dampening material for the inside of your case

bung an accelero S1 on the GFX card if it will fit, and run your yate loons at 500rpm

Why do you have 5 fans? That's rather a lot...

aside from the obvious with the gfx card, as you already seemed to have identified that, you getting much hard drive noise ?

can't see any reason why the tj09 should be a decent case, u getting any vibration etc on the panels ?

as per mike , any reason you need that many fans ?, all decent fans so dont think they'll generate too much noise.

any disc in the blue ray or pioneer drives, heard sometimes they might work the drives if disks are in them.

what hard disk(s) you running and how do you have them mounted ?

Im running 4x OCZ ssd's as boot and 2x 120gb ssd's as storage so no noise there the adaptec 5805 make a fair bit of heat tho so I need the 4x 120mm fans as the cpu heatsink has no fan.

the pioneer is a bit loud but the blu-ray is very quite
