Yes they are available. but don't seem that common at 1st glance. You can get DVB USB sticks, which would work similar to a Freeview box, in that you can listen to digital radio through it. DAB seems much more flaky to me, especially where I live.

Yeah, I have a few DVB-T sticks, but you can't pick up local stations with it.
