I'm looking to buy a rural house where the 4g and mobile phone signal isn't great. There looks like there may be a mast in a field nearby, approx 500m away, if thats the case I'll look at 4g broadband with an external aerial.
How do I identify what the mast is and whether it's a 4g mast or not? I've attached pics below and some info from cellmapper.net
Other question, what is maximum height the 4g aerials can go? House is surrounded by trees so would need to mount it quite high to clear the trees, possible 12m+? Looking at the Poynting 4g-xpol.
