Is this a decent "gaming" sandybridge SFF build?

uh oh....hate waiting... :( but guess I have to, can't pay for sub-standard goods...although i do hope a mini-itx p67 motherboard releases soon without that issue
 
you need to read the article, the tests where carried out in extreme conditions and can take up to 3 years to happen, also intel/mobo makers will back rma/exchange of mobos anyway, and you still have youre warranty. i have the board and cpu and am not seeing any problems.

You need to read it all.

I don't think the MSI Twin FrozR 5850 will fit in that case.

The video card is 257mm long, and then add 10mm extra for the auxilary power plugs sticking out.

Looking at Lian-Li site the case is only 208mm deep (external dimensions too).
 
The stock 5850 only fits in sg05/06 with some force, needs to be forced in, also you need 400W at least..

Go with the SG07

It doesn't need to be forced in at all, just connect the 6 pin connectors before putting it in the case. It'll go right up to the front panel but that's fine.
