If I replace the Graphics card in sig to this for example.

Reason I ask, i'm changing my monitor from a 17" TFT which my GFX card can handle most things easily with just about everything on full; to a 22" Wide screen.

Do I need to change? If so what do you recommend for around £200?
 
On a 22" @ full Res (1680x1050) the 320 may struggle with many games. (someone correct me if I'm wrong) The GT will most definitely be an upgrade over the 320. but for 200 notes I would go for this
 
Is there any difference between the OCUK Value and the other 2 besides clock speeds because they can be tweaked on the value one easy enough can't they !?

Last thing then, will the 512mb GT be ok on a 22" @ full Res (1680x1050)? Cos if it is i'd rather save a few notes. But if there's a substantial difference between then i'd think again.

At that res the GTS 512mb will cut through nicely.

I have had a GTS 512mb and they are super fast cards at that res.

GT and GTS are not hugely different but the Extra SP's on the GTS are worth it for 186 quid.

Worth the extra 30 for resale alone.

OK. Well now all I have to do is try and eek as many £££'s as I can for my 320mb GTS off of the bay. What are they worth 2nd hand? Reckon I can get £140 for it?
 
The card easyrider recommended is the same as the BFG one, but the extra warranty that you get with the BFG is imo worth the extra cash. I say this due to experience.

i run that set up

512mb gt on a 22" samsung

its great
games look vibrant and rich

unreal 3 and css look amazing
crysis even plys alright too [with a lover in game res obv]

12 month warranty is enough for any gfx card imo.As I never keep them for that long.

with 9800 coming I would just get the cheapest card that offers the fastest speed at this moment in time.
