Is this a good deal?

Hi

Im after a decent camera. DSLR primarily as im going to le mans in june, i want a decent camera to go with. Ive seen this on an auction site:

Canon 350D 8.0 MEGA PIXEL dSLR camera (Black)
with EF-S 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 II lens

Extras included with the package are:

1. 1.0 GB SanDisk compact flash card
2. RC-1 infra red remote control
3. 2 x spare batteries

Now that sounds like a good deal to me, all for £450 buy it now.

Is this a good price for the camera and kit your getting?

is that new or second hand? UK or HK seller?

For taking decent pictures at le mans you will most definately want a good telescopic zoom lens, so factor that into your budget.

You'll ideally want to get a couple more compact flash cards depending if you will be shooting in raw or jpeg but doesn't sound a bad price.
