If yes have a look at the Z77 range which will allow for overclocking.

oo thanks if I didn't overclock would the fan that comes with the cpu be good enough this is my first time pc bild would overclocking be hard

No probs

The standard stock cooler will be fine for a mild overclock.

There are few links around which will assist in overclocking the cpu one below may assist, but generally not to bad
