Is this a good setup?

I am proboably going to buy the following. Is this a great PC for £1216.20?

OcUk bundle consisting of:

CPU: Intel Cire i7 930 OC'd to 4GHz
Motherboard: Asus P6X58D-E
Memory: 6GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3
Heatsink/Fan: Noctua NH-D14 - got a quote for the system with this: £616.23
+
HDD: Western Digital 640GB
GPU: HIS icooler V 5850 Turbo
Sound: Asus Xonar DSX (from previous system along with speakers)
Case: Akasa Eclipse-62 (from previous system)

Total Price: £1216.20.

I'd also get a 470 over a 5850

I would OC myself, but I've never Oc'd before and I wouldn't know where to start really. if you could give my a simple step-by-step guide...

it is quite simple, check out bit-tech's guide for OCing i7s, I had an i7 920 C0 @3.8 quite easily so with a 930 you should have 4Ghz easily even as a beginner

Are the 460 and the 470 better cards than the Oc'd 5850. I thought this was the speet spot at the moment?

^ meh I'd say a 5850 OCed would be about the same as a 470, if you're gonna OC and want good power consumption, get the 5850
