They are selling this CPU cooler for £3.47 inc VAT. Is this a mistake?

they're probably having trouble selling them, hense the price.

Not advicable for processors over 2.4GHz

Not very handy really, if your going to use a P4 that slow in a new rig, why bother replacing the stock fan.

Theres also a newer better heatsink from sythe that'll fit a 478 socket, chances are it's old stock they want to get rid of.

just thought, it could be usefull in one of these media center pcs every one seems to be making, get a cheep cpu and underclock it, it should cool it fine ...

it says its good for 2.4ghz cpu in passive mode. slap a fan on it and its performance will sky rocket like the scythe ninja's.

but delivery is a little too high for me to bother placing an order.
