Would this be a hardware issue or a software one?
It seems to do this in a variety of programs and i'm rather puzzled or is it a setting in the catalyst control centre? i've checked the ccc and there's nothing i can find in there that seems to resolve it, i've tried older ati drivers seems to be the same
so any help would be appreciated.
