thanks for the help,i tried nod and nod couldnt find anything so will put avira back on and delete it,and snakedoctor i will try and find the none virus link for the background m8

disable system restore
remove whatever av you've got now

run..

ccleaner slim
nod32 av trial
spybot s&d
adaware
avg antispyware (remove this after)

put firefox on with adblock plus and Easylist subscription (do this on your pc too)

Yes it sure is svchost.exe isnt stored in the Outlook directory.

just ran another test with avira which found it before and it has got rid of it no more probs coming up,cheers to all
