Do they have a sticker on the back of the pcb? Should be a model code on there.

Or do you still have the boxes they came in?

i already have all corsair af fans ready, would this work or have i fundamentally got some bits wrong?

Corsair AF fans are not suitable for purposes of being used on radiators or heatsinks etc. You'll need fans that produce static pressure. Corsair SP would be the equivilents.

AF fans perform best when the exhaust area is clear of obstructions

Also when you do get your cards running get a solid SLI water cooling bridge it help to dissipate the weight of the cards and water so you get less drooping.
