Any particular reason for going DDR3? You are still paying a pretty hefty premium for the privilege, you could get 4gb of (very) good DDR2 for that sort of money. Other than that it looks basically fine although I know very little about watercooling.
 
Thanks, I always thought the latest is the best but having read few reviews it seems DDR3 is pointless for the time being.
