My first post on here.

I just bought a Intel Pentium D 950 from your excellent shop :p

    I have an Athlon64 3700+ atm

It was that or a 4400+ and considering its £100 cheaper, im sure performance diff. isnt that great.

It might be £100 cheaper, but if you have a A64 3700 now, then surely your going to have to get a new motherboard and ram for the 950, which is going to set you back more than £100.

^^ Pretty much what I was thinking

The 950 is a good chip. Runs cooler than the 8xx series and are generally insane overclockers.
