Why have you had a refund as opposed to sending it to EVGA under RMA?

Thanks for the feedback guys, as I said Journey has been very helpful, and it seems like a genuine oversight.

We have come to an agreement on refund etc.

Now.. as for the replacement, does anyone have any class leading quiet PSUs they can recommend?

I was thinking of the seasonic range, or bequiet, but seems like we don't have many bequiets in stock

It needs to be powerful enough to power my 780tis in SLI and a 3770K, any suggestions welcome
