Is this drive salvagable ?

Turned on PC today and noticed my backup drive was missing, looked in bios and it is listed there ok.
Disk management says that it's "unreadable" !!!

This is my main BACKUP drive with EVERYTHING on it ........... is this ddrive salvagable ? Will i be able to get any or all the contents back?
If so, How ?

while i know this will sound crazy, it works. take the crive out of the computer put it into a ziplockbag make sure to get all the air out and freeze the drive. as soon as u take it out of the freezer plug it in and grrab as many files as u can.

but before u do make sure u have exausted all other options such as software and cable check

I used an app called funilly enough "GetDataBack for NTFS", did exactly what it said on the tin.
