Would this setup cool a Prescott 3.0 Ghz ok at stock speed (possibly moderate OC'ing) - or has anyone any recommendations for a better fan or HS?

Akasa AK-184-L2B Ultra Quiet 92mm Fan - 3 pin (FG-028-AK)
ThermalRight XP-90 (Socket 754/939/478) Heatsink (HS-018-TR)

Thoughts appreciated! :)

Alternative solution is the Zalman 9500 as 200-300g lighter and includes a fan. Will be silent with this CPU plus if you oc @ some time can turn the RPM up to suit and still be almost silent + very cool.

I have an XP90C (pure copper version) and am now selling on the MM with a Vantec stealth 92mm as did not find it anywhere near as good as the Zalman9500 as it is very dependent on what type of case you have as the hot air is blown through the cooling fins all around the CPU heating up the case/mobo whereas the 9500 is blowing the hot air straight out of the case into the rear exhaust fans so that alone makes a big difference.

Which fan did you use with it?
