hi guys whenever i play bf3 when i come out i see the message box saing change windows colour scheme to windows 7 basic i have 4gb of kingston ram an asus ph867m-le mobo and core i5 2500k cpu ,,anyway i googled the changing windows colour scheme and read that the game is very demanding on memory so i check with asus ai suite and it says my ram is running at these speeds in the pic attached

Dont forget you will need double what the speed shows, so your memory is running at 1333mhz, I am having difficulty in finding your ram details, but these should should be on the side of each memory module and you may need to setup the speeds manually.

Dont worry about the windows going into basic mode, my system does this as well.
 
it was a asus p8h67-m le 4gb kingston core i5 2500k motherboard bundle with a asus lion square cpu cooler bundle for £320 from pc world they do them anymore
 
ive been searching for the bundle forever and cant seem to find it anywhere probably cos it cant be overclocked because of the crappy mobo
 
As its from that place I would be surprised if its 1600mhz memory, as you say the H67 cant overclock.
 
when i went into pc world he was bragging how overclockable to cpu was(which i new with help from you guys i had my q9550 running at 4.4ghz) what he didnt say was the chipset cant be clocked so all you get is a stupid gpu boost button thats rubbish ,thanks guys need to get a new mobo n 8gb ram if you have any ideas il listen need it to be compatible with i5 2500k CHEAP!!!,IM NOT BOTHERED ABOUT BRAGGING RIGHTS LOL
running bf3 on 4gb of ocz titanuim asus p5qse 2 mobo gtx 460 overclocked at 779mhz q9550 cpu at 4.4 i was getting 90fps in bf3 now with this setup but same graphics card im only getting max 55fps
ps.i play on a 40" lcd at full hd,wasnt a prob for old pc
