I have an overclocked i7 860. My current memory is Corsair XMS3 but in 2x 2GB form. It is running at 1408MHz because of my overclock (when I set it to 1600MHz it was actually at 1800+ cos of the overclock and I didn't want to fry(?) my memory) I don't understand things like XMP profiles etc, so will this work with my overclock as it doesnt mention XMS profiles or anything?

On another note, is it possible to separate my memory clock and FSB when I overclock so I can have my memory at 2133MHz and my FSB at... whatever Mhz?

Your base clock (not FSB) is linked to your ram speed so you can't alter one without affecting the other. You do have a memory divider which you use to set the ratio between the base clock and memory clock. If your current ram is stable at 1800 then leave it like that. You're not going to damage it. Either way memory speed has a very small effect on performance so I wouldn't worry about running it underclocked if you have to. The ram you've linked to is decent but you'll struggle to see any difference over a 1600 kit.
