Is this normal for a HDD?

System is quite unresponsive, and I'm figuring it might be the hard drive? Would you say this is normal enough, or is there a problem? Any solutions to fix it?

Well that looks very unusual, what's with the sudden drop between 25% and 50%? What does the Health tab say?

If you have a CD/DVD/BluRay drive with the same type of data cable (SATA?) then try it with that.
