is this normal

hello everyone,
ive got my i7 920 D0 running at 19x210
V core:1.29
intel burn test is telling me its stable and its givinga GFlops value of about 44
is that an alright or should it be higher
also my temps after intel burn are hitting 71 Max but normally hover about 69/68
one core 1
whereas my other cores are 2/3 degrees cooler
are all of these thing normal or should i be scared

mugen 2 cooler
nzxt gamma case (which i regret buying)

Yeh a slight variation in temps between cores is perfectly normal. What cooler are you using?

uncore frequency: x17
Memory multiplier: x8
memory is rated at 1600mhz at 9,9,9 ive got it at 1656 at 9,9,9

Vcore: 1.28125
QPI/Vtt: 1.275
PLL:1.8
Dram voltage: 1.5

now i need help with improving that im fine with anything as long as its above 3.9ghz im a complete amateur at this, never overclocked before in my life
