Hi..Im buy MSI Radeon HD 7950 Twin Frozr V2/OC - 3 GB GDDR5 and instal waterblock...card has reference board 7970.Vhen Im start crysis3 Im hear noice on grafic card...is this normal noice for graphics cards...or is the fault .Because its my 1 card and im not sure about this noice.... i can return card within 15 days.

It's coil whine/rasp.

I think its capacitor noice..Its Coil buzz vhen start crysis 3 game.Card is functioning good in game.
Card is louder vhen Im start game..first 15 second..vhen I play game Im hear noice but little less....
I think I will return card and try other brands.
Any suggestions for hd 7950 ..so i can fix waterblock for 7970 reference board...
And which hd 7950 with reference board 7970 will be best for overclocking?and unlocked voltage.

sometimes goes away with a burn in, run heaven benchmark for a bit as it can help the card "bed in"
