whys that ? ever since i fitted H20 kit and get a like a draining humming and when one side of case is off it stops so i want to drain out the psu or my top fan which must be the cause of it

where did i say case vibrating i said a draining humming sound from either psu or top 120 fan

because the humming sound is likely to be something vibrating.. and you said it stopped when you removed the side panel, whats a draining sound anyway
The humming is probably the pump vibrating slightly and going through the case, try separating the pump from the rest of the case with it sitting on something soft, a folded up piece of kitchen paper or toilet paper works fine for this.
If it turns out that it is the pump you can then do something more permanent looking.
Wouldn't bother with the Paxmate.

if nothings vibrating then isolating the pump with something soft will do nothing, it might be your psu humming
thats what i suspected will have to get a new one just need to find a decent one now will order one later on after a nice quiet 800 - 1000 watt for future proof
