Don't get me wrong...the A10-5800K is great in its own right...but from realistic/practical point of view, I wouldn't bring myself to spend the same money on something that would be slower on what I use the PC for - which is gaming. Also if you factoring in that you need faster more expensive memory to make the most out of the graphic of the 5800K, it actually isn't cheaper. The a10 was what everybody recommended me when I asked. Take it up with them![]()
But of course, there's the usual argument of "but it is a 2nd hand graphic card". But for around twice the graphic horsepower, it is a worthwhile risk (if at all) to take.
There is one possible situation which I would take the A10-5800K over the Intel route though...it's if I want to build with a tiny mini-itx case such as the Antec ISK 300-150.

In case of any misunderstanding, I would like to clarify that I wasn't addressing your posts, but I was just posting my posts as a general discussion.
As for the H61 vs A75/A85...I think may be you are compare boards of different teirs? I thought H61 more as same teir as the A55, whereas the H77/Z77 more of the same teir as A75/A85...
But one thing the socket 1155 offer which the socket FM2 doesn't...is a proven upgrade path for much faster CPUs. Upgrading from a Pentium/i3 to a i5/i7 would guarantee more than double the performance on the CPU...can we really say the same for whatever AMD has to offer for the next and the last gen of APU for the socket FM2, in terms of CPU grunt?
