i kno i could do better, but i am still using stock hsf, but does my ram timing look alright?

anotehr thing, does overclocking shortens your CPU life span?

no that is good and as long as its stable then no problems :)... my 3700 wont go above 2.7 and is a bit wobbly at that too so i put it at 2.6 with no memory divider and its rocking

oh ... whys that?

Dual channel memory, as the name kind of implies, requires 2 sticks of RAM;).

If you have 2, they need to be identical. If they are, then there'll be a setting in BIOS to change it.

I think dual channel gives up to a 20% improvement as it doubles the bandwith available between the memory controller and ram

i dont run prime or any of that crap if it runs anytask in windows its stable enough for me, i had it at 2.9 but when it booted into windows it would reset every time this is all at stock volts mind, do u recon i could get more out of it if i raised the voltage its on 1.425 atm
p.s is it a could idea to get prime if so where do i get it

I'd definitely look towards testing it with Prime. You can't really call it stable until you've Primed it for a good few hours with no errors. My guess is it'll fail first time;)

I wouldn't call that stable until it has been tested. Try running SuperPI @32M & Prime for 24 hours. Also use memtest for testing your ram. If all of the above pass, then congratulations, you have a great overclock!!! :)

Nice, mine looks similar but at 250 x 11 my memory runs at 250Mhz so there may be some more there?
