Is this possible? Moving to RAID1

Edit: Title should have said RAID0

I have a couple of 250GB drives that I want to put into RAID0.

Could I image a copy of my OS (vista 64) to a 3rd drive, setup the RAID0 across the 250's and restore the image to the RAID0 array?

Or would I run into driver issues or something else?
