Hi All , can anyone tell me if it is possible to format XP using the XP disc ,and then install Windows Vista on the hard drive ? :confused:

I'm afraid I've not got the slightest clue what you're on about here.

If you simply want to "reformat" your computer and install Windows Vista then you can (and should) do so entirely from the Windows Vista disk.

The Vista installation will ask you to partition and format the drives before it copies files. Just makesure you read the on screen instructions.

Ok thanks ,so do i need to partition te drive ,if i just want vista on the drive and no other OS ? :confused:
