Anti-Hacker, are they fear mongering or is this worth having?

Looks like a complete waste of time to me. So long as you aren't running as the built in Administrator account then you don't need the "UAC fix", and you can rename the admin account yourself if credential paranoia gets to you.
The rest of the tool is common sense (Firewall settings, startup application check, etc). The only possible useful 'tool' is the virtual keyboard, but then have you ever fallen foul of a keylogger?
