Is this PSU adequate for my build?

Done a bit of searching and reading and my gut feeling is that it'll be fine but I wouldn't mind some input.

I already have a Corsair 450W psu that I would like to use.

The build is:
E5200
4Gb Kingston Value RAM
Gigabyte GA-P35-S3G Motherboard
Gigabyte X1950 Pro Graphics
Will only be one optical drive and one HDD.

Will this PSU allow me to overclock at all with new RAM?
Any problems running a couple of case fans?

I have that PSU and it will handle your spec with no problems including an Overclock

Should be plenty - the x1950 requires a 450w PSU. Nothing else is particularly power hungry, so like philtorrens said, should be enough overhead for overclocking.

Any reason why you're sticking with the 1950?

My old rig (not in my sig but still existing) runs an X1950 on a 250W PSU!! No problems in 4 years so far... lol

I used to run a X1950 on a 380 Dell PSU, so your should be no problem
