is this pump running dry?

Just the noise. Water is circulating in the res. I've only used 400ml of water and coolant. Res/Rad 320, CPU block, gpu block

With the water circulating in the res, can I assume it isn't running dry and it's just a noise pump?

I'm trying to bleed the loop now. Should I seal the loop, let it run for a bit, then open it at its highest point and give it a shake? Or let it run with the res top off?

CPU is idling at 19C (AMD CPU and I'm using CoreTemp, so not correct, probably)... GPU is idling at 26C and going about 40C at load... Safe to say that the loop is working fine?

I still think there is a bit of air in it because every so often I'll hear a bit of water gush through
