I recently got a job at a hotel

The contract did NOT have any hourly pay rate written on it(i have white copy)

I was under the influence that i would be on 5.35 because everyone who works the same job is on that

So after a week of work i get my payslip and it says 3.30 an hour O.o

Complained, they said they would sort it out and still not been sorted

Aaaaaand they have just taken an hour off because of some break bs - I havn't took one break in the months ive been there >_<

So, im thinking of going down with the white copy and demanding my money

Well, thoughts?

Indeed, i am 17

However there are 16 year olds working there on 5.35 doing the same hours doing the same job

Frustrating, im on slave wages god dammit

oh and

I left with the contract without pay rate on it because the manager said he needed to check up on some tax bs

They all signed up on 5.35 an hour

I am of english ethnicity(sp?)

I basically jumped at the job simply because of the 'advertised' 5.35 for 16 hours washing dishes

edit: INFACT There are 2 poles on 5.35!

Im only doing this while im at college(booze money)
