I know Dailymail are laughable but seriously?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-exact-location-friends-insists-optional.html

Article title: 'Facebook launches new service which will share your EXACT location with all your friends'

Then a few lines down: 'Rather than share your exact location, it will show only that you are nearby, say, within half a mile'

Some dude/dudette is seriously paid what I imagine to be a hefty salary to write this utter cack? Like this is so ridiculous and stupid I could do it for 1/2 the salary, where do I sign up?

I read the title of the topic and knew it would be pish. Delighted to see its two levels of pish rolled into one. Daily Mail and Facebook. Craptakular!

not even bothered about fb location

Oh great, Facebook and DM in one thread and now all the children come out to play boasting how they don't have Facebook and don't read the DM.

I'll also bet my guitar collection that somebody will post "I read the first line and didn't read any further".

I've mentioned it several times, but once the Sun's representative argued in court, as a defense against libel, "but nobody believes what we say anyway so we can't be held to account for it!" :D

I bet all my worldly possessions that i can 'predict' what people will write after someone has written exactly what im betting on e.g.

I bet dimple comes back into the topic and writes 'I win'

Yours doesn't work because somebody wrote it after I posted it :D
You will notice I didn't quote the first two school kids.

I suppose it's a bit like Most Haunted, didn't they have complaints against them dismissed after one of the crew was spotted making the 'ghostly' knocking noises on camera? The reason being iirc... "Yo, that **** ain't real Dogg, yo, that **** ain't even supposed to be real... Dogg. Case di...smissed."

Or something like that.
