Hi Just checked in CPU Z while browsing the fourm to check something but I'm wondering if my bios and Memory timings are set right.

Too much text. Most of that is just information about the hardware capability not what it is currently doing.
All you need to post are these two screens:
From what I can see yours is saying:
CPU = 3.199GHz @ 24x 133.3MHz
Memory = 2 x 2GB @ 1066MHz 7/7/7/20
