Hello
I'm interested in getting this ssd looks pretty good just wondering if it is compatible with my m board? just wondering what else I need to install it on my m board is there a special mounting kit I need, I can't see how it will fit it?
Or many there is a better one I could buy many?

My mother board is a gigabit h87 hd3

Yes I originally brought a sata one 60gig, thinking that would be enough as I thought win7 would fit into it, I was going to clone it but had a look at my hdrive , it's just got win7 on it nothing else and its over 120gb, I'm sure it can't be that big?

Ok I understand m2 slots now, I've got 3 of those

Many thanks

Go to Start -> right click Computer -> Properties -> System protection, then select the C drive and click Configure. Delete the restore points and it should give you back a good chunk of space left.

Also run cmd in admin mode and do the following:
Code:
powercfg.exe /hibernate off

This will turn off hibernation and will also give back more space.

Run disk cleanup as well and clean system files, it will remove obsolete updates.

Your motherboard doesn't have any M2 slots, you're stuck with either a SATA or PCIe SSD.
