Is this the best £100 PSU I can get? (2 other questions)

Hi all

After what must be nigh on 10 years my Corsair TX850 is starting to fail. I want to limit spending to around £100 if at all possible, is the one below ok?

Also forgive my daft question (it's been a while since I bought a PSU) but does a fully modular PSU come with cables? There's nothing in the pictures in the shop and I'm unsure if the connectors referred to in the spec are just the connection ports on the unit or physical cables.

And one last question, my 2500k system (see sig) is struggling on newer games so a platform upgrade is imminent with pretty much everything needing renewing (though I'll keep the SSDs and case), will this new PSU be up to the job running an upper-range Ryzen system with a decent GPU, several storage drives and a few peripherals?

That Corsair which is the new updated version of the RM series or the Superflower Leadex III Gold 750w are probably the best 750w psu's you will get for the price on OCUK. I have the Superflower and it's a cracking psu that is extremely quiet even set to the mode where the fan is on all of the time. The Corsair has a longer warranty though at 10 years compared to the SF's 7 years. Modular psu's come with all of the necessary cables. A 750w psu is more than enough power to run just about any PC unless you would be running a pair of overclocked Vega 64 GPU's.

For a new build you would be best off opening a thread in the new to pc gaming and upgrade advice section at the top of the forum stating your requirements and budget. You can't go wrong with a Ryzen build though.
