Mikes got a smaller plate on his, even had a officer tell him about it and not do anything about it.

The police over here don't seem to bother with Northern Ireland plates. I had a dodgy font and spacing on my last car and the police never bothered me about it even when I'd been stopped. One policeman even asked me, "Is that plate legal in Ireland?", to which I replied, "Yes". It seemed to be enough for him
